Junyuan Petroleum Group held its 9th annual “Junyuan Cup” Fun Sports Meet on September 24 and October 9–10, 2026, bringing employees together to foster a positive, healthy corporate culture, enrich their lives, and promote physical and mental well-being while energizing the team for the final push toward the year’s goals.
Under the theme “Building Team Spirit Through Fun and Games, Working Together to Achieve Our Annual Goals,” the meet featured eight events: fishing, tug-of-war, a hopscotch competition, paper cup pyramid building, a table tennis ball relay, a team ball-squeeze race, a pancake-eating contest, and a card tournament. Combining fun, teamwork, and competition, the events showcased employees’ team spirit and sportsmanship. More than 100 employees from departments across Junyuan Petroleum Group took part, channeling their enthusiasm into the games and strengthening their bonds through collaboration.
The fishing competition, held in the water channel east of the office building on September 24, marked the opening of the sports meet. On the afternoon of October 9, all participants gathered in front of the office building for a group photo. An awards ceremony for the essay-writing and photography competitions was also held. This was followed by tug-of-war, hopscotch, paper cup pyramid building, and other events that combined fun with friendly competition.
On the morning of October 10, the table tennis ball relay, team ball-squeeze race, and pancake-eating contest took place in the open area south of the office building. That afternoon, the card tournament was held in the cafeteria. The sports meet officially concluded with group photos of the winning teams.
Throughout the event, employees gave their all and participated enthusiastically, whether competing in tests of strength, speed, or strategy. The grounds were filled with camaraderie, joy, and a spirit of togetherness, reflecting the positive team spirit, determination to excel, and strong sportsmanship of Junyuan Petroleum Group’s employees.
The successful sports meet provided employees with an opportunity to exercise, unwind, and enjoy themselves, while bringing colleagues closer together and strengthening team cohesion and a shared sense of belonging. Moving forward, employees will channel the unity, determination, and competitive spirit demonstrated during the games into renewed motivation at work. With shared purpose and dedicated effort, they will make every effort to achieve Junyuan Petroleum Group’s goals for the year.
