Founded in June 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 120 million, Dongying Junyuan Petrochemical Technology Development Co., Ltd. is based in the Yellow River Delta National Agricultural High-Tech Industrial Demonstration Zone in Shandong Province. The company focuses on the R&D, production, and sale of high-purity, environmentally friendly refrigerants and blowing agents as alternatives to Freon, together with high-purity food-grade additives.

The company is currently China’s largest manufacturer of environmentally friendly and hydrocarbon-based refrigerants, and the country’s largest producer of Pentane blowing agents. It was the first enterprise in China to obtain production qualification for food-additive-grade vegetable oil extraction solvent under the revised national standard, displacing imported product, and the first to achieve stable, large-scale production of high-purity n-Hexane, likewise displacing imported supply.
