Established in January 2012 with a registered capital of RMB 30 million, Xinjiang Liangxin Petrochemical Technology Development Co., Ltd. is located in the Kuitun-Dushanzi Economic and Technological Development Zone — a national-level economic development zone in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China.
Invested in and founded by Junyuan Petroleum Group, China’s leading producer of new-generation environmentally friendly refrigerants and blowing agents, Xinjiang Liangxin operates as a technology-driven private enterprise focused on manufacturing and distributing eco-friendly hydrocarbon products. Its founding purpose is to fill a market gap and expand the group’s manufacturing footprint across Northwest China.
Facility & Construction Timeline
The facility covers a total site area of 140,000 square meters. The Phase I project — a specialized pentane separation unit with an annual capacity of 100,000 metric tons — represented a total capital investment of RMB 200 million.

Construction Break-Ground
Official commencement of Phase I facility and plant infrastructure construction.

Mechanical Completion
Phase I construction fully completed and made ready for commissioning and trial operations.

Successful Trial Run
Achieved a seamless trial run in line with Junyuan Petroleum Group’s deployment plan.
