Cyclopentane & n-Pentane Blends — Full Series (F1–F9)
Cyclopentane/n-Pentane blends are physical blowing agents for polyurethane (PU) rigid foam, offered across nine standard mixing ratios from 10/90 to 90/10 (cC5/nC5). This is Group 2 of 3 in Junyuan’s Pentane Blends range, alongside n-Pentane & Isopentane Blends (EPS grade) and Cyclopentane & Isopentane Blends (PU grade).
Why blend Cyclopentane with n-Pentane
Cyclopentane and n-Pentane are each used as a standalone PU rigid foam blowing agent, but blending them lets the ratio be tuned to the target application — from cost-sensitive general insulation through to premium high-performance refrigeration foam.
Choosing a ratio
- High cC5 (70/30–90/10): premium household refrigerators/freezers, deep-cold storage, high-performance PIR/PUR insulation boards
- Mid-range (40/60–60/40): commercial refrigeration, cold chain equipment, continuous insulation panels
- High nC5 (10/90–30/70): general building and pipe insulation, cost-sensitive PU rigid foam manufacturing
