To strengthen year-end safety risk prevention and reinforce winter safety defenses, Junyuan Petroleum Group commissioned Shandong Chenhui Safety Technology Service Co., Ltd. to organize four safety experts to conduct a second-half safety production diagnostic inspection on November 14. Participants included Deputy General Manager and Safety Director Qiao Huijie, Deputy General Manager and Plant Director Wei Fuchang, Chief Engineer Jiang, Deputy Head of the Equipment Department Sun Peisheng, as well as workshop supervisors, dedicated safety officers, and safety documentation personnel.
Following the guidelines of the Implementation Opinions on Strengthening Enterprise Safety Production Diagnostics issued by the Shandong Provincial Work Safety Committee, and the Winter Year-End Safety Risk Prevention Guide for Hazardous Chemical Enterprises in Shandong Province, the expert team conducted a thorough inspection by reviewing documentation, examining on-site conditions, and evaluating execution methods. Junyuan’s inspection team responded actively and collaborated efficiently to ensure a safe and orderly inspection process.
During the feedback session, the experts emphasized the need for the company to further refine its safety responsibility lists, ensuring vertical accountability from management to operational roles. They recommended establishing a winter-specific risk identification mechanism—such as anti-freeze, anti-slip, and static electricity control—and implementing tiered risk management measures. They also stressed the importance of applying the “Five Fixes” principle for hazard rectification to ensure closed-loop resolution.
Qiao Huijie stated that the company will address each issue raised by the experts with targeted corrective actions and maintain a closed-loop rectification ledger. He instructed all workshops to intensify efforts during the “100-Day Winter Safety Campaign,” focusing on identifying hazards, plugging loopholes, and controlling risks. This includes technical support, maintenance, and emergency response readiness to eliminate hidden dangers, address weaknesses, and ensure a stable safety production environment throughout the winter.
