Product documentation (SDS, COA, TDS)

An SDS (Safety Data Sheet, sometimes called MSDS) covers handling, storage, and hazard information required for safe transport and use. In contrast, a COA (Certificate of Analysis) verifies the actual purity and specifications of a specific production batch. Meanwhile, a TDS (Technical Data Sheet) lists standard physical and chemical properties for a product grade, independent of any single batch.

Our team provides SDS, COA, and TDS documentation on request for n-Pentane, Isopentane, Cyclopentane, n-Hexane, Isohexane, n-Heptane, TBPS (Di-tert-Butyl Polysulfide), and DMDS (Dimethyl Disulfide). Simply include the product name and purity grade when you submit a request through the Contact Us form, and we’ll locate the correct batch documentation for you.

Yes. Each COA reflects the actual test results of the batch being shipped, rather than a generic specification sheet. Therefore, buyers who need a pre-shipment COA should request it at the time of order confirmation.

Packaging support & shipping guidelines

Packaging depends on the product’s hazard classification and, in the case of n-Pentane, seasonal flash point restrictions:

Product Available packaging Seasonal restriction
DMDS (Dimethyl Disulfide) 200L steel drums, ISO tank containers None (IBC totes not permitted)
TBPS (Di-tert-Butyl Polysulfide) IBC totes, ISO tank containers, steel drums None
n-Pentane Steel drums, ISO tank containers Drums unavailable May 1–Oct 1; ISO tanks year-round
Isopentane, Cyclopentane, n-Hexane, n-Heptane Steel drums, ISO tank containers None (year-round)

Yes. We provide UN numbers, hazard classifications, and shipping documentation required for international transport, in line with the UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods. If you’re arranging your own freight forwarding, we recommend confirming classification requirements with your carrier before booking.

We arrange shipments under EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, or FCA terms, following Incoterms® 2020 definitions, depending on your logistics arrangement.

Certifications

n-Heptane is REACH certified. However, no other product line—including Pentanes, Hexanes, TBPS (Di-tert-Butyl Polysulfide), or DMDS (Dimethyl Disulfide)—currently holds REACH certification. If you need REACH compliance documentation for markets outside n-Heptane, we recommend confirming alternative compliance requirements before ordering.

Yes, we can issue a pre-shipment COA confirming the batch’s tested specifications. See the documentation section above for details.

Payment & trade terms

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Letter of Credit (L/C), including sight L/C and 90-day usance L/C, consistent with ICC UCP 600 standards.

Our standard MOQ is 40 drums per product. We ship orders via full 20′ container load (FCL), which holds up to 80 drums.

We support EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and FCA. The right term depends on whether you’re arranging freight independently or need door-to-port/port-to-port service.

Ordering & samples

Yes, and we provide samples free of charge. You’re only responsible for courier/shipping costs. Simply submit your request through the Contact Us form with the product name, purity grade, and intended application.

Lead time depends on packaging type: we typically ship drum-packed orders within 1 week, while ISO tank container orders usually ship within 3 business days.

We test every batch in-house prior to shipment and document the results on the COA. As a result, the specifications shown on the COA match what leaves our facility.
