A detailed introduction of PBAT biodegradable materials, biodegradable plastic substrate.
Non starch based film biodegradable materials are blend modified materials based on fully biodegradable polyester. They have high content of natural materials, but do not contain any starch and starch modified components. They have excellent physical and mechanical properties and processing properties, and can meet the application of a variety of film products.
PBAT is a semi crystalline polymer. The crystallization temperature is usually around 110 ℃, the melting point is about 130 ℃, and the density is between 1.18g/ml and 1.3g/ml. The crystallinity of PBAT is about 30%, and the shore hardness is above 85. PBAT is a copolymer of aliphatic and aromatic, which combines the excellent degradation properties of aliphatic polyester and good mechanical properties of aromatic polyester. The processing performance of PBAT is very similar to LDPE, and it can be blown by LDPE processing equipment.

1. Under the condition of industrial composting, it can be degraded into water and carbon dioxide within 6 months, which meets the standards of EN13432 and ASTM d6400

    The shelf life of film products is longer than that of starch based materials. Under natural normal temperature, the shelf life of 10-20 micron film can be 8-12 months; the shelf life of 20 micron film products can be 12-18 months.
  11. The blend modified product based on PBAT has good compatibility with other biodegradable materials such as PBS, PLA, PHA, PPC and starch, and can be blended.
  12. It is not compatible with traditional polyolefins such as PE, PP, Po and so on. These materials should be stored in isolation during production and processing.
  13.
